Companies that include ethnic diversity in their strategies are 35% more likely to have financial returns above competitors. (Check out media articles below)

Now, I want to help you to develop the same capability without wasting money, energy and time on Trial and Error Strategies. Language barriers and cultural differences should not something holding you back. Get the knowledge and skills you need to promote relevant products, generate fresh leads, and engage new customers.

Overcome the Common Challenges of Entering a New Market:
“I don’t know enough about business strategy for a demographic who look, speak and think different than me.”
“I don’t get results when I outsource to an agency”
“There’s not enough time to learn everything we need to know to venture into the new market and get results.”

The reason I am doing this webinar for free is because I know how much potential there is in Kiwi business, and I also understand the pain points you have or will experience. People Shelley has worked with on Business Growth

“When Shelley joined IAG she immediately immersed herself in our new New Zealanders strategy and its delivery. Shelley sought out the perspectives from both a management perspective and front-line operational people, asking the right questions on why we reached our conclusions, how we’re gone about validating these, and what levels of success our current execution has achieved. Shelley then provided an analysis of the program together with several recommendations of where both the thinking and delivery could be improved.”
Mark Robertson
Strategy & Business Planning at IAG
“Shelley provides strategic advice on sister city relationship building, connecting business and government organisations in China with Rotorua business and relevant government agencies. While we have placed significant expectations on her, she has demonstrated that she is more than capable of meeting those challenges, and continues to do so with professionalism, enthusiasm and good humour.”
Kevin Winters
Former Mayor of Rotorua
“Shelley showed courage by taking on challenging conversations, listening to opinions from people from diverse backgrounds and identifying the mutual benefits of partnering to bring it to life. This impressed the councillors, stakeholders and industry players in Rotorua. As a result, the strategy won the majority vote from the council and Rotorua Tourism Committee.”
Mark Rawson
Former CEO of Destination Rotorua
“Shelley added huge value in a number of areas, particularly in supporting IAG to diversify and refine its marketing and communications approach in key target areas helping open doors for business, while also helping manage reputation in an 'issues rich' and sometimes challenging environment.”
Craig Dowling
Former Head of Corporate Affairs at IAG
“What’s impressive about Shelley is her determination to inform people across the business around diversity and use real results achieved through digital innovations to highlight opportunities and challenge preconceptions.”
Darren Goodacre
Creative Services Manager at IAG
